Hello!
If you know me, you know I'm equal parts strategist, educator, and unapologetic sci-fi nerd. I can spend an afternoon designing workforce solutions, debating the future of AI, or building programs that change lives and then happily disappear into a great science fiction series or a dramatic movie marathon.
I'm the friend who's always dreaming up the next big idea, asking "What if?" and convincing everyone else it's possible. I love meaningful conversations, terrible puns, and the occasional debate over whether Professor X or Storm is the greatest X-Men leader. When I'm not working, you'll often find me trying a new homemaking project, exploring nature, or wandering through a museum because I believe there's always something new to discover and appreciate.
That same "what if" is exactly how Regimus started. What if the same strategy used to grow a business could grow a family? What if the discipline it takes to lead a boardroom is the same discipline it takes to raise a leader? I spent over twenty years as a consultant to workforce development boards, school districts, and community programs before I built Regimus to answer those questions on purpose, instead of by accident.

As Founder of Regimus University, my mission is simple: help people discover their potential, strengthen families and communities, and prepare for tomorrow with wisdom, courage, and hope. Whether I'm creating educational programs, cultivating a garden, or exploring a museum, I'm driven by the same thing curiosity, lifelong learning, and a desire to leave every person and every place a little better than I found it.
Regimus exists because leadership isn't something you wait to be handed. It's something you build in your home, your business, and your community through partnership, mentorship, and the willingness to keep asking what if.
