Digital products are self paced learning tools. They are designed for independent learning and flexible schedules. You move through the material on your own time and can revisit it whenever needed.

Participants move through the material together and benefit from structure, shared pacing, accountability, and conversation. Cohorts include live classes held throughout the year and direct communication specific to that cohort.

Which option should I choose?

Choose a digital product if you want flexibility and prefer learning on your own. Choose a cohort if you want structure, live instruction, shared momentum, and learning alongside others.
