She's a southern lady, a strategist, an educator, and, let's be honest, a total sci-fi nerd, all rolled into one.

One afternoon she's dreaming up community-building solutions or debating where AI is headed next, and the next she's completely checked out on a sci-fi binge or a good dramatic movie marathon.

That's just how her brain works.

She's the friend who's always got a "what if?" percolating, and somehow talks everyone else into believing it's possible too.

She's been curious since she was a little girl. Her parents used to call her entrepreneurial, multi-talented, humble, and a little bit of a philosopher, and honestly, nothing's changed. She loves a real conversation, a terrible pun, and will absolutely go to bat in a debate over whether Professor X or Storm is the better X-Men leader (she has opinions). Outside of work, you'll catch her elbow deep in some new homemaking project, out exploring nature, or wandering a museum, because there's always something new worth discovering.

Twenty years into consulting, and with a genuinely gentle heart guiding all of it, LeaVonda started Regimus for one reason: to help people discover what they're capable of, strengthen their families and communities, and walk into tomorrow with wisdom, courage, and hope.
