She can spend an afternoon designing workforce solutions, debating the future of AI, or building programs that change lives, then happily disappear into a great science fiction series or a dramatic movie marathon. She's the friend who's always dreaming up the next big idea, asking "what if?" and convincing everyone else it's possible.

She's been curious about life since she was a kid watching Star Trek reruns. That curiosity never left. She loves meaningful conversations, terrible puns, and a good debate over whether Professor X or Storm makes the better X-Men leader. Off the clock, you'll find her trying a new homemaking project, exploring nature, or wandering a museum, because she believes there's always something new to discover and appreciate.

With 20 years of consulting experience behind her and a genuinely gentle heart at the center of it, LeaVonda never set out to hurt people. She set out to help them rise.
