CEO & Founder in Training

Build Real Connections. Lead Real Projects. Shape What Comes Next.

The CEO & Founder Training Program is a hands-on leadership and networking experience for college-age students who want more than classes and career advice.

You’ll connect with business owners, educators, nonprofit leaders, and community builders. You’ll build real relationships, work on real projects, and see how opportunities actually come together beyond campus.

This is not about padding a résumé.
It’s about gaining experience you can use and talk about with confidence.

What You’ll Do

You’ll use practical tools to turn ideas into action. You’ll support youth and community projects, contribute to initiatives that lead to internships and job shadowing, and build leadership skills through real involvement.

You’ll also learn how student-led clubs and mentorship efforts are built to work. Through the Youth Ambassador experience, you’ll practice teamwork, project leadership, and follow-through.

The Outcome

You don’t just meet people.
You learn how to show up, contribute, and be trusted.

This program helps you build confidence, leadership skills, and a reputation for getting things done. Wherever you’re headed next, this experience gives you a real edge.
